Assignment #17: "Siskind"

Siskind's work show many geometric shapes. Often time, it is in the shape of squares/rectangles. This photo displays this, as well as, shows colors defined by shades of black. Within this photo, the colors are very clear.

Within some of Siskind's photos, the texture is very defined. In this photo, the lines of the wood can be seen, displaying texture. He uses wood within many of his photos to create this texture effect. In addition, the tones in his photos are very defined, as they are in this photo. Overall, I think this photo reflects his work.
