Assignment #4: Composition

This photo's use of contrast is what gives it a great composition. The hot pink in the flower contrasts the blue in the background. In addition, the shades of blue are accentuated in the background due to the sun's reflection.

This photo's composition is accomplished through shapes and lines. The lines in the wood are defined and the pieces of leaf from the tree are defined shapes. Lastly the reflecting green color in the back allows to wood to be in focus.

This photo's accomplishes an eye catching composition with it's use of the rule of thirds and use of lines. The lines in this photo are non stop, they present an extra element to the photo. In addition, the photo is divided into three parts, divided by the waves and the plant.
